How to type in Telugu online

This free tool lets you write Telugu (తెలుగు) with your normal English keyboard. Telugu is spoken in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Telugu communities across India and abroad. Type a word the way it sounds in English letters, press Space, and it turns into Telugu script instantly.

Tips for accurate Telugu typing

Double a consonant for gemination (amma → అమ్మ) and use capital letters for retroflex sounds, e.g. "T" for ట and "D" for డ.
